Professional Development 2 hours
Bleeding Control and Tourniquet Training are valuable skills to bring to your workplace and home.
Colby Rowe from the Trama Center at Stony Brook University will provide important techniques to address any emergency.
As all libraries have an AED in their building, so should you have a bleeding control kit. These kits are filled with many helpful life-saving tools, from bandages to tourniquets. Dress casual.
Attendees should wear casual clothing as this is a hands-on training.
Registration is required.
