At Right to Be the goal is to reduce instances of disrespect and harassment by giving people the tools they need to disrupt those perpetrating it. A Right to Be educator will equip attendees with tools to be an effective bystander in the midst of disrespect or harassment by using their proven 5Ds of bystander intervention methodology - distract, delegate, document, delay, and direct.
