Would you like to implement outcome measurement in your library?

Join us for this Project Outcome Regional Training, a full-day, in-person workshop at SCLS.

At this workshop, a Project Outcome trainer will facilitate the planning process for implementing outcome measurement using Project Outcome tools. You will learn how to deploy the Project Outcome standardized outcome surveys in your library, collect and use resulting data, and leverage the project's support network to ensure successful adoption. Be a part of a cohort of public libraries interested in implementing Project Outcome to drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the impact of their library’s programs and services on the community.

Prior to this workshop, you will:
• Complete pre-workshop assignments (see attached), including reviewing your library’s strategic goals and some introductory Project Outcome materials.

During this workshop, you will:
• Review Project Outcome surveys and tools.
• Identify goals for outcome measurement in your library.
• Explore best practices for selecting and administering Project Outcome surveys.
