RESCHDULED - Date TBA

While the number and types of reference queries may have changed in recent years, librarians still receive and welcome questions and provide answers to them. At the heart of such conversations, is the familiar reference interview. This workshop will give attendees a chance to explore their own interaction strategies and tactics and refresh their interview skills. It will include an exchange of techniques and an update on current theories in the field.
