Back by popular demand! In this train the trainer session, Stony Brook Children's Pediatric Trauma Program will offer the training and supplies needed to host your very own Teddy Bear Clinic. Clinics include story time, hands on activities, and medical play which allow children and their families to learn in an engaging, interactive environment. This program is designed for elementary-aged children and is fully customizable to a variety of settings ranging from routine programming to special events.
This training is intended for those who could not attend last year's Teddy Bear Clinic and want to learn for the first time, as well for as those who are familiar with the program and would like a refresher.
