Back by popular demand! Join us for a self-care workshop designed specifically for librarians. In this workshop, we'll explore simple yet effective ways to manage stress and nurture well-being in a busy library environment. Through guided activities, mindfulness techniques, and group discussions, you'll gain practical strategies to prioritize self-care. We will be joined by Sophia LoCascio from the Sustainable Libraries Initiative to learn how to implement a walking challenge at your library. Please note, this workshop will include guided desk stretches. Please dress comfortably.
