This co-sponsored SCLS/LILPA event will be welcoming author and advocate Jodie Patterson. Jodie is an author, activist, beauty explorer and mother of 5. She holds the position of Chair of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation Board, our nation’s largest LGBT organization. She speaks on topics of radical parenting, identity, and gender. This talk will center on her work as an author as it pertains to LGBTQIA+ youth advocacy as well as understanding their experiences.
