Please join us for a converstion with representatives from Long Island Against Domestic Violence.
Please note: This presentation is an informational resource for library administration and staff, not for the public.
Our presenters will discuss resources and future presentations that libraries can provide for their communities.
Long Island Against Domestic Violence has been a source for prevention, support and healing across LI since 1976. We provide training and workshops grounded in evidence-based principles for effective adult and youth education, using a variety of techniques to engage participants, including lectures, guided discussion, technology, interactive lessons and other materials. Join Community Educators Danielle and Rebecca for an overview of organization services and a conversation about how LIADV and Suffolk County libraries can partner in times of Covid and beyond.
