New Community Resource: Cancer Care Services
Please join us on Thursday, June 8th from 2:00 to 3:00pm, to learn about Cancer Care. Marissa Fors, Director of Specialized Programs, will do a presentation on the programs and resources available to people living with cancer. The organization provides services such as cancer care navigators, transportation to doctor and hospital visits and much more. Cancer Care recently expanded their services to Long Island and would like to work with the public libraries to develop programming for patrons, and to share resources with your communities. All library staff are welcome to participate.
