The SCLS Outreach Services department is mandated to hold two Outreach Advisory Council meetings each year. These meetings provide an opportunity for the Outreach Administrator to provide updates about outreach programs and services, and provides an opportunity for member libraries to share their thoughts about what types of programs and services they would like to see.
