Week 4: Common problems, part 2 (the tougher ones)

How it works:

A  link to a lesson will be shared on the SCLS Gateway Calendar on Mondays.  You’ll read or watch the information provided and then you’ll have some assignments to complete.  Assignments can be completed anytime during the week.

What you need to do:

  • Expect to devote at least 2 hours a week to complete the readings and the assignements. You will be earning 10 hours of professional development for this course. 
  • Please register (space is limited) and provide your email address. Assignments are sent via email. Be ready to check your email regularly.
  • You will need a login for the SCLS Call Center.  This is where you place help calls with SCLS.  It is also where you can discuss issues with colleagues.  We will be using the discussion platform for the next 5 weeks.  If you need a login please send an email with your full name and library affiliation to help@suffolknet.org.
