Join us for a refreshing self-care workshop designed specifically for librarians! In this workshop, we'll explore simple yet effective ways to manage stress and nurture well-being in a busy library environment. Through guided activities, mindfulness techniques, and group discussions, you'll gain practical strategies to prioritize self-care and tips to create a Self-Care Program at your library. Please note, this workshop will include short movement activities including walking outdoors (weather permitting) and guided desk stretches. Please dress comfortably and bring appropriate footwear.
