As Librarians, you are often the first line of support to new parents, and even seasoned parents! This training highlights how to use gestures, spoken words, sign language, music and literature to increase child-caregiver bonds, spoken language, reduction in frustration and love of reading. You can weave Sign Language easily and seamlessly into your existing storytimes with just a few small additions.
