Class 1: Introduction & the Roles of a Successful Manager

Class 2: Library Finances

Class 3: Personnel Management
March 11, 2025 at 2PM at Comsewogue Public Library
Class 4: Class Summary & Questions
March 25, 2025 at 2PM at SCLS

On completion of the entire series, a total of 8 Professional Development Hours will be awarded.
Classes will be instructed by one of three Suffolk County Library Directors: Kevin Verbesey (SCLS), Debra Engelhardt (Comsewogue Public Library), or Mike Firestone (Bayport-Blue Point Public Library)
