Reviews the basic requirements of WCAG 2.1 especially as they relate to documents, reports, and other PDFs.  Includes specific instructions on heading structure and styles, accessible hyperlins, formatting lists and tables, and providing alternative text for images, including charts and graphs.  Includes recommended tools and resources for additional support.
